Research Interests

I am interested in marine seismology, and I am mainly engaged in OBS observation of active/passive-source of ocean floor, submarine magmatism, crust-mantle processes and seismic tomography. My previous project was to use the active-source data of Eastern North American Margin Community Seismic Experiment (ENAM-CSE) to inverse the three-dimensional structure of the crust and upper mantle in the rifted margin offshore North Carolina and Virginia, and explore the relationship between the formation of the Eastern North American Margin (ENAM) and the distribution of magma (this work was completed in cooperation with Donna J. Shillington of Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory, Columbia University).

In addition, I am also interested in parallel computing and deep learning, especially the application of code parallel optimization and deep learning technology. My team and I have won the First Prize and the Application Innovation Award in ASC19 Student Supercomputer Challenge.

Currently I am doing a three-month internship within the group of Prof. Miaki Ishii. And my work is to use deep learning technology to improve DigitSeis, so that it can more quickly and "intelligently" convert the seismic records on analog seismograms into digital records.
